The Maryland Association for Bank Security was founded in 1972 by several concerned bank security officers to advance the exchange of information between financial institutions and law enforcement. The association was established with the goal of reducing fraudulent activities being committed against the banking community.
The association, through its membership, offers rewards up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of individual(s) responsible for bank robberies committed against institutions, (Maryland locations only).
